The sales fee is a share of the order subtotal for orders placed through Moooce – orders from your online store and other channels don’t count. Free for development stores. Frequently asked questions

How does the sales fee work?

When someone buys through one of your videos, Moooce takes a share of the order subtotal: 4% on Starter, 3% on Business and Pro. Only orders placed through Moooce count – sales in your online store, at your POS or in other channels don’t. If your videos don’t sell anything in a month, you only pay the plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free. During the trial you can upload videos, put products in them and share the link.

How am I billed?

Through Shopify. The plan and the sales fee appear on your regular Shopify invoice, in USD. You don’t give Moooce a card or sign a separate contract.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any time from the Plan page in the Moooce app. If you move to a smaller plan and have more videos than it allows, the app asks you to choose which ones to keep. We never take a shared video offline on our own – a link that suddenly stops working would hit your own customers.

What are Moooce discounts?

A discount that only applies when customers buy through your videos – on everything, or on single products in a single video. It’s added automatically in your Shopify checkout. Available on Business and Pro.

What about Moooce Studio and WooCommerce?

They’re on their way. Prices follow when they launch – sign up on their pages, and you’ll hear first.
