These terms apply to the website moooce.com. Moooce is operated by Mindthemedia ApS (CVR 34466572), Jernbanegade 29, st., 6000 Kolding, Denmark. Moooce ApS is a secondary name of the same company.
Which terms apply
Each Moooce product has its own terms. When you use one, its terms apply in addition to these – and where the two differ, the product’s terms win.

Using the website
You are welcome to browse the website, link to it and share its pages. Please don’t try to break it, overload it or get around its protection – for example by submitting its forms automatically.
Content and trademarks
Texts, images, videos and design on the website belong to Mindthemedia ApS or to those who have let us use them. Moooce and the Moooce logo are our marks. Shopify, WooCommerce and other names belong to their owners and are used only to say which platforms Moooce works with.
Signing up to hear more
If you sign up to be told when a product is ready, we use your email address for that message only. The privacy policy explains what we store and for how long.
Information on the website
We try to keep everything here correct and up to date, but features, plans and prices can change. What applies to you is what the product’s own terms and plan page say when you sign up.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using the website or by relying on its content, including lost profit and indirect loss. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as the Shopify App Store. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
Governing law
Danish law applies. Disputes are heard by the Danish courts.
